ESS Technologies Obtains Clean Industry Certification from Mexican Government
Company’s Juarez, Mexico location recognized for its commitments to employee health and safety, and to improving and preserving the environment
CIUDAD JUAREZ, MEXICO, – April 25, 2019: Procuraduria Federal de Proteccion al Ambiente (PROFEPA), Mexico’s federal environmental protection agency, granted ESS Technologies Inc.’s Juarez manufacturing facility its Clean Industry Certification. The certification recognizes ESS’s commitment to providing its over 700 employees in Juarez with a healthy and safe workplace, and to protecting and improving the environment. Fewer than ten percent of manufacturers in Mexico have been granted this esteemed certification.
